In our efforts to expand our team in Dubai, We are looking for experienced Machinery Support Engineers with at least 3+ years' experience to join our engineering team....
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Collaboration in the "customer help desk team" in Dubai
Provide direct troubleshooting assistance to customers responding real time to customer technical inquiries via phone, email and on-site presence as necessary
Capture and tracking of customer issues through incident management system
Maintain ownership of technical issue through closure
Support our on-site technicians during start-up
Investigation of root cause analysis
Setting up and maintaining online connections to customer systems
Eliminate and document machine or system problems
Technical documentation as part of troubleshooting
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in the field of Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
Readiness to work in a 24/7 multi shift work environment
Readiness to travel locally and internationally
Committed, resilient and team-oriented personality
Good probing skills and analytical skill would be an added advantage
Good spoken and written communication skills in English
Flexible, team player, good communication skills
Additional foreign language skills are an advantage
Candidates who are ready to fly to Dubai after selection
Passport is mandatory
Final Degree from university is mandatory.

In our efforts to expand our team in Australia, We are looking for experienced Machinery Service Engineer with at least 2+ years' experience to join our engineering team.
Initial training in Dubai (2-3 months)
Training in Austria
Training at customer's site in Europe
After one year move to Australia
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Assembly and installation of machines (mechanical, electrical and plc systems)
Carrying out quality checks/acceptance of the assembled machines
Commissioning of the machines and systems
Various activities in the field of machine installation
Fault finding, testing, and commissioning new high-technology machines.
Reporting on assembly/BOM/part number related matters/issues whilst working onsite.
Manage to ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to meet operational expectations.
Ensure all routine work is planned and scheduled and that any breakdown work is carried out in such a way to minimize operational disruption.
Able to successfully set priorities and use the systems available to ensure that plans and schedules are optimized.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electro-mechanical issues.
Manage the installation of machine modifications and perform complete machine overhauls as necessary.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in the field of Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
Possessing at least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, testing and commissioning experience in a manufacturing/installation environment
Cross-trade proficiency in the following areas is preferred: electrical and electro-mechanical.
Basic PLC fault finding experience
Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams.
Ability to assemble equipment.
Ability to work autonomously.
Ability to liaise with customers on commissioning and troubleshooting.
Driven to excel in the above mentioned fields.
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
